Privacy policy

Who we are

This website is run by PT Canada Park Solusi Properti, the company that develops and operates Noma Living in Kuta, Lombok (Indonesia). For any question about your data, email us at nomalombok@gmail.com.

What data we handle

This website has no forms and creates no user accounts. We only handle the data you choose to send us when you contact us on WhatsApp, by email or on Instagram: usually your name, phone or email and whatever you tell us in your message.

Like any website, the server that hosts it logs basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) to run and stay secure.

What we use it for

To answer your questions about stays or investing and, if you ask us to, send you project information. We don't sell or rent your data.

Legal basis and retention

We handle your data because you contact us and in order to deal with your request. We keep it for as long as the conversation or relationship lasts, and afterwards for as long as the law requires.

Third parties

We use third-party services to operate: Vercel (website hosting), WhatsApp (messaging) and OpenStreetMap (the location map). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This website doesn't use its own analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own server. The embedded OpenStreetMap map may use its own technical storage.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing nomalombok@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one on this page. Last updated: October 2026.
