Each unit receives 8.33% of the accommodation profit. It is not shares or ownership of the property, and all 12 units weigh the same, even if one is booked less.
We run everything
Bookings, marketing, staff and maintenance. You don't have to do anything.

Every month we send you a report with the accounts. Every three months we transfer your share of the profit. Everything is set out in a contract, which we share in full before you sign.

- You can exit. Your share is transferable and we help you sell it.

Can I stay at Noma?
Yes, up to 14 days a year outside high season, with 30 days' notice. You only pay for cleaning.
When and how do I get paid?
Every quarter (every three months), by bank transfer to the account you choose. On top of that, every month we send you a report with the accounts.
Will I have to put in more money?
There are no upfront contributions. Only if an extraordinary expense comes up is it split across the 12 units and detailed in the report.
Can I invest with someone else?
Yes. From €28,000 each, each with your own contract and paid in your own country.
How do I pay?
A 10% reservation and a single final payment of 90%.
What happens if I pass away?
The contract passes to your heirs, with the same rights.
